For purchases made at orogoldcosmetics.com.au, we exchange, or issue credit, for up to 14 days with valid proof of purchase. The items must be in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging and resalable condition.
*We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel that you use a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us or for any return postage charges incurred.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major failure is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, Orogold Cosmetics will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Orogold Cosmetics will require an original proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
